Additionally, the server also notes the geo location of your ISP (internet service provider)- this helps the artist know from where on earth this site is visited. Your other personal information is not (and cannot) be gathered by our cookie functions.

    Cookie technology also assists when you submit a contact form, and when you subscribe (or unsubscribe) from artwork and exhibit announcements.

    If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We do NOT sell or disseminate mailing list* data. Although the artist welcomes sales of the artwork, this is not an e-commerce site in any fashion; there is no on-line shopping cart/checkout here. This site is published at the expense of the artist and does not rely on revenue to remain online.

  • How long we retain your data

    If you leave a comment, the comment (when commenting is available) and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators (the artist) can also see and edit that information.**
